Overview

The Premise Bixby capsule enables you to control your Premise Home system through voice commands. To provide this service, we integrate with Amazon Cognito, AWS Lambda, and Cloudflare.

What We Collect

• Basic account information provided when linking your account via Cognito (such as email address).
• Premise system credentials (Cloudflare service token, GUID, and optional Premise username/password) which are securely stored in AWS Secrets Manager.
• User metadata (host and GUID) stored in AWS DynamoDB for service operation.

How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to authenticate and route commands between Bixby and your Premise system. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Data Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest in AWS Secrets Manager. Communication between Bixby, AWS, Cloudflare, and your Premise system is encrypted via HTTPS.

Your Control

You may revoke access at any time by unlinking your account in Bixby or deleting your Cognito account. Doing so will invalidate stored credentials and stop communication with your Premise system.
